Sports Plus is a leading provider of Sports Coaching Provision to Primary Schools across the UK, a Family Business that was established in 2001.
We are looking to recruit a Recruitment/Marketing Administrator who will lead and drive this area of the Business. The role will allow the opportunity to progress and develop within a forward thinking organisation.
Glance Overview of Position
Working closely with Management Team and Support Team
Advising on New Opportunities to Recruit Sports Coaches
Managing the Recruitment Process of Sports Coaches
Reporting Recruitment Success and Activity
Liaising with Universities and Colleges
Overseeing Social Media Activity for Recruitment
Adapting/Following Recruitment Processes and Procedures
Supporting with Marketing of the Brand/Business
Planning & Attending Recruitment Days Internal and External
Other duties related to Recruitment & Marketing
You will need the attitude of Going the Extra Mile with the ability to Multi-Task and genuine desire to want to succeed and develop.
