Established in 2001, Sports Plus are a key solution for hundreds of Primary Schools offering Bespoke Packages to support Teachers & Children.
We are looking to recruit a Office Manager that will be responsible for the day to day running of Our Head Office & Showroom in Aldridge High Street, Walsall.
Applicants must have excellent organisation & communication skills being confident in the use of IMAC Apple Systems & Microsoft Office 365. It is cucial to have at least 3 Years Experience of working within an office environment, preferably as Office Manager.
· Manage & Oversee Our Sports Coach Internal Database
· Oversee & Measure The Recruitment Process for New Sports Coaches
· Promote & Support The Growth of The Sports Plus Franchise Model
· Manage & Screen Phone Calls
· Communicate with Clients & Staff
· Support & Oversee Social Media Strategy
· Support with General Marketing of Sports Plus
· Process Orders for Trophies & Equipment
· Manage Stock of Trophies & Equipment
· Keep Up to Date with Compliance
· Stock Check & Order Stationary
· Manage Training Room Bookings
· Manage Holiday Football Camp Bookings
· Develop Partnerships with Colleges & Universities for Recruitment
· Support Management Team
· Organise & Attend Management Meetings
· Provide Weekly Reports On General Progress to CEO
· Other Office Duties As Required
